Companies and Organizations can add an employee benefit for FREE!  Organize a MEDIC blood drive and if 30% of your payroll or active membership gives blood then the entire group receives MEDIC’s Family Blood Coverage.  MEDIC’s Family Coverages exempts donors for one year from paying blood processing fees anywhere in the U.S. if a transfusion is needed.  This is a great mini-insurance policy to give employees or members because you never know when you or someone you love will need blood.  However, if the 30% participation rate is not attained then those who donated will receive Family Coverage.

MEDIC will provide the company with blood drive information, such as sign up sheet, DVD explaining the importance of blood donation, marketing materials, and if it’s open to the public your location will be listed in your local newspaper.
